With an impressive two decades of experience spanning diverse sectors including Retail, FMCG, Medical Equipment, Advertising and Media, Education, and IT, Kavita Thakur brings a wealth of practical insights to her training programs. For ten years, she spearheaded the HR & Development department of a 5000+ employee organization, honing her expertise in fostering talent and driving organizational growth.
Throughout her career, Kavita has empowered over 5000 individuals through impactful training sessions focusing on crucial skills such as Sales, Customer Service, Communication Skills, Body Language, Interpersonal Skills, and Negotiation Skills, among others.
As a NABET & SQA certified soft skills and behavioral trainer, Kavita is adept at delivering high-quality training programs tailored to the unique needs of Schools, Hospitals, HoReCa, and Corporates. Furthermore, she is a certified Psychometric Test Practitioner, leveraging these tools for personality development, behavioral training, and effective recruitment strategies. Her expertise extends to cognitive behavioral approaches as a certified Cognitive Behavior expert and Neuro Linguistic Practitioner, integrating CBT and NLP techniques to facilitate lasting behavioral change.
